Hiking in the Boulder foothills

Wow! What an amazing day! We started out at church (always a great way to start your day.) Then we headed for the mountains. We thought we would take advantage of the perfect weather and venture out on a nice hike. The views did not disappoint!

Joshua knows what this means. Once he's in the backpack, he starts swinging his legs and laughing. He already loves the great outdoors!

Andrew was such a trooper. We hiked for an hour and a half and he never once complained or wanted to rest. (Although once we were back in the car, he was asleep before we started down the mountain!)

The bumpiness of the hike back down put Joshua to sleep very quickly.

We then headed to the pool for a quick dip.

We wrapped up the day eating dinner on the back deck. How blessed we are with this view! How majestic is you name, O Lord.
