What a beautiful day! We had to get outdoors so we thought we would drive to Boulder and find some place new. We happened upon the best little park. It was picture perfect- gorgeous fall colors, small rippling stream, playground, and the most perfect little dirt walkway just waiting to be strolled. Sounds too good already, doesn't it? We did have a nice picnic. We did have fun playing on the playground. We did have a nice stroll. And that's when it happened. Why can we not leave without blood flowing from one of my two boys' heads? Joshua took a tumble that appeared like any other, but when he stood up, blood was everywhere. Apparently he broke his fall with his nose. We quickly left and that concluded our picture perfect day at Boulder Park. Here's how the story went...
Yummy picnic lunch

Andrew enjoying his sandwich by the stream

Daddy and son taking a rest

Joshua swinging (later referred to as the "before picture")

playing at the playground

strolling...

consoling after the fall (you think it doesn't look that bad here, right?)

TA DAH! Look at my precious baby's nose! And Grandma arrives tomorrow!

Your boys are two peas in a pod! Bandaids and scraped noses. Gotta love having boys!
