So many things have happened in the last month! My parents came for a very nice visit. Dad stayed for a week and Mom was here just shy of a month. The boys thoroughly enjoyed every moment with Grandma & Grandpa (and so did I!) We took advantage of the nice November weather and showed off many of the parks in the area.

Joshua had his surgery and is almost back to himself. The 3 days following surgery were tough. The pain meds played with him a little. He was much more aggressive and mean spirited. They managed the pain well though. I am still sponge-bathing him until this weekend. Then we'll go on to the next phase of care. Praise God all went well. Doc said everything went perfectly and he now has his 'manhood' back. Joshua will appreciate that when he is a little older.

We are now looking forward to Thanksgiving. Andrew is a gourd in the Thanksgiving play at school. That is sure to be fun! We will stay home this year and enjoy our first Thanksgiving in our new home. We have so much to be thankful for!
